WeWork India Unveils Large-Format OOH Campaign in Gurugram Ahead of Atrium Place Launch
WeWork India has launched a large-format, design-led out-of-home campaign across Gurugram to promote the upcoming opening of WeWork Atrium Place in Udyog Vihar. Targeting enterprise leaders along key business corridors, the installations feature architectural elements and premium materials to enhance brand visibility. The initiative forms part of a broader integrated launch strategy aimed at strengthening the company’s presence in the NCR commercial office market.
Flexible workspace operator WeWork India has introduced a visually striking outdoor advertising initiative across Gurugram to support the upcoming opening of WeWork Atrium Place, its enterprise-centric facility in Udyog Vihar. The campaign went live in early January and targets business leaders and corporate decision-makers across key commercial corridors.
Strategic Focus on Enterprise Corridors
The outdoor rollout spans four prominent business locations — Sikanderpur, Golf Course Road, near DLF Cyber Hub, and outside Ambience Mall along NH-8. These high-traffic routes connect some of Gurugram’s busiest office districts and witness substantial weekday commuter flow from senior professionals and corporate teams.
Rather than relying on standard billboards, the installations are designed as large-scale, architectural statements measuring 26 by 13 feet. The structures incorporate illuminated extensions, sculpted acrylic typography and dimensional light-box components to create a premium, design-forward presence within the city’s commercial skyline.
Design-Led Execution for High-Impact Visibility
The campaign reflects a minimalist visual approach tailored for high-speed arterial roads. Clean compositions and restrained messaging ensure readability within seconds, while premium materials reinforce the brand’s enterprise positioning.
By prioritising clarity over clutter, the creative strategy aims to secure immediate recall among daily commuters. The execution balances bold scale with understated design cues, aligning with the expectations of large organisations evaluating workspace solutions.
Debosmita Majumder, Chief Marketing Officer at WeWork India, said the initiative was planned around high-attention business routes frequented by senior leadership. She noted that the format, scale and storytelling were designed to capture attention organically without overwhelming the environment, while reinforcing a refined and corporate brand identity.
Integrated Launch Strategy
The outdoor campaign forms part of a broader multi-channel launch plan supporting the debut of WeWork Atrium Place. Digital outreach, social media engagement, influencer collaborations and owned communication channels are being leveraged to extend reach and maintain message consistency.
The selected sites are positioned within Gurugram’s established commercial clusters, ensuring repeated exposure among enterprise audiences operating in the vicinity of the new workspace.
